Your community, your spaces

We have 3 halls available to hire. In the Residents Centre we have Hall 1 (12mx9m) and Hall
2 (12mx6m). Hall 1 and 2 are separated by a partition that can be removed to combine the
halls into one large space.

The Recreation Hall (12m x 9m) is also large enough for a bouncy castle, and also has an outdoor space available.

There are no premises licences so we can’t sell alcohol or rent a mobile bar. If alcohol is available as part of a private function then this is allowed, however we would ask for prior notice of this or to let us know when you are booking.

All functions must end at 10pm – this is when music must be turned off. You will then have 1 hour to clean up and vacate the premises. We are located in a residential area, so we ask you to be considerate towards our neighbours when leaving.

On street parking is available at both premises. The Residents Centre at 54 Quarrywood
Road has layby at the front of the building that can be used for drop off or parking as well. When attending a function or event, we ask that people are considerate of where they park their vehicles, and use other alternatives where possible to avoid congestion at busier times.

Deposits are required to secure your booking and are refundable within 1 week after your
function. Deposits will only be retained in the event of any damages to the building or
equipment.

Both premises have kitchens, these are available to use for reheating or storing food.
Additional charges may apply for the use of appliances.
