Multi-site role (Barmulloch area)
Flexible hours (rota basis)We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Caretaker / Cleaner to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role working across multiple sites, where you will play a key part in maintaining clean, safe, and well-managed premises.
You will also act as a keyholder and support the day-to-day running of our buildings, including during community events and lets.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general cleaning duties (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, litter picking, waste collection)
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across all premises
Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any faults or repairs needed
Conduct routine checks of buildings and equipment
Act as a keyholder (opening and securing buildings)
Support community lets, events, and private functions on-site
Ensure all users follow building rules and safety procedures
Work closely with the Project Leader and follow direction as required
Maintain accurate records where necessary (e.g. health & safety checks)
Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and procedures
About You
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Flexible and willing to work across multiple sites and varied hours
Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Trustworthy and comfortable handling keyholder responsibilities
Positive attitude and commitment to supporting the local community
Basic maintenance skills are desirable
Additional Information
This role involves working a flexible rota, including varied days and times
You will be working across multiple local sites
Training and support will be provided where required
